Education is a light of life.It is one of the most powerful instruments for reducing poverty and inequality and gives a path for economic growth.It can be gained by every age grouped people all over the world,either black or white,thin or fat,etc.There is formal as well as informal education.
Formal education can be gained in different institutes,colleges,schools,universities.And informal education is gained mostly in home where the teachers are our mom,dad,grand parents,family members.Even we can learn through our society,surrounding,friends and enemy too.These both educations are very much beneficial to us.
The formal education are now a days provided in different pre schools,schools, colleges,universities but before there were no such educational institutions.There were only aashrams and gurukuls.And the teachers were gurus who were not graduated but were well known about Vedh and Purans.
The changes occured in century brought many changes in education sector too.Now a days teachers are graduated in different subjects.They are very much qualified and well experienced.

- Formal Education
- Informal Education
Formal Education Educations gained in educational institutes is known as formal education.It is a process of training and improving people's knowledge, skills, mind, and character in a structured and well maintained program.Here students are guided by different subjected teachers and teachers themselves are guided through different books,either course book or reference or any others.The educations like learning computer systems,science and technology,accounting,history,painting etc are the examples of formal education which are learnt from books.
Informal education Education gained from home,society,surrounding etc are known as informal education.Informal education refers to education which takes place outside of the formally organized school ,colleges or universities.As This education is not certified formally,it is not compulsory .Because of this too it is names as informal. All the learning of skills by children from their parents and other contacts,is the orogin of education.Along with this learning like respecting our elders,loving to youngers,speaking different languages,presenting in front of other peoples,hand shaking,performing namaste are the examples of informal education which are gained from our parents,grand parents,youngers,elders and even our teachers. We can get general certificate for formal education but can't get any kind of certificate for informal education.
